Aptus Value Housing Finance India Limited IPO will open from August 10 to August 12. It is a retail focused housing finance company. The size of the issue will be Rs 2780 crore.
The price band for the IPO is fixed at Rs 346-353. 500 crore fresh equity shares will be issued in this IPO. Whereas promoters will sell 6,45,90,695 equity shares through OFS.

Funds from the IPO will be used to strengthen the company’s capital base and meet its growth requirements in the times to come.
Aptus Value Housing has investments from companies such as Westbridge, Malabar Investments, Sequoia Capital and Steadview Capital.
The company was incorporated in 2010 and its non-performing assets (NPAs) have been very low since inception, indicating good asset quality of the company.
The company’s total assets under management stood at Rs 3,791 crore at the end of December last year. Of these, more than 72 per cent were loans to self-employed customers.
Aptus Value Housing has 181 branches in Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and Telangana. It has 56,430 active loan accounts.
After expanding its business to major cities in Tamil Nadu and South India, the company now plans to expand its network to Maharashtra, Odisha and Chhattisgarh.
The company has appointed ICICI Securities, Citigroup Global Markets, Edelweiss Financial Services and Kotak Mahindra Capital as investment bankers for the IPO.
